 I have not received my login details yet.
Solution
If you have not received your login details yet there are a few reasons why:
 
1. You gave us incorrect email address when you registered for account.
Solution: Please give us your correct email address
 
2. The login details are sent out in HTML format, your spam filter could be deleting these emails by mistake.
Solution: Please check your spam trash folder for login details, or change your spam filter settings to accept HTML emails and we will resend your details.
 
3. Some email services that have problems receiving the login details are listed below:
 
Any BT email address i.e you@btinternet.com
Yahoo
Hotmail
MSN
And most free email services.
Solution: please provide us with an alternative email address and we will send out the login details again, you will have to update your email address in the 'client manager' as well.
